Paris 2

During our last days in Paris we covered quite a bit of territory from the massive Louvre to local street markets selling bric-a-crap (household garage sales) as well as chic authentic vintage crap (actually nice lamps, tables, jewellery, desks, fur coats, wooden skittles, typewriters, old  keys, etc.)

We also squeezed in Musee d'Orsay, Rodin's sculpture garden (perfect pastry-eating conditions), the private art galleries and bookshop streets of St Germain, and finally more of Montmartre's maze of hill-hugging streets and historical windmills, cafes and jazz buskers. The giant hot chocolates come in souper size bowls and we all enjoyed these in a busy boulangerie in Absesses. The weather has turned chilly so we have to keep up our carbs.
